Anthony and I met during our first year of high school, and even though we didn´t stay in touch after that, the impact he had on me has always stayed. Some people are only in your life for a season, but they still leave something permanent behind. He was one of those people for me.
I´ll always remember how he helped me with science homework and never once made me feel small for not understanding something. He was patient, kind, and genuine in a way that felt effortless. That kind of quiet kindness is rare.
His smile could fill a room, not just because it was bright, but because it felt real. He had a warmth about him that made people feel comfortable and included.
Even though our lives went different directions after that year, I´m grateful we crossed paths at all. The world feels a little heavier without people like him in it. I´ll always remember him with gratitude and warmth.

I will miss Anthony so dearly. What a great kid! My most favorite memory of him is that he and Chloe were swimming at grandma Kate´s, and I stopped by for some reason, and Anthony begged me to jump in the pool in my street clothes and play with them - which I did, with my phone still in my pocket. He thought that was hilarious. And, we had a super fun time splashing around. His smile and laughter were always contagious. I loved hearing stories about his football escapades and his friends. What a blessing he was to everyone who knew him. All my love to everyone who is grieving this unimaginable loss.
