Anthony Scott Austin Jr

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Anthony Scott Austin Jr., who went to be with his Heavenly Father on Sunday, October 27th, 2024, at the age of 27. Born on October 27th, 1997, Anthony was a beacon of hope and resilience, having overcome cancer twice before the age of 25.
Anthony inspired many with his unwavering strength and positivity. He cherished every moment with his family and friends, always finding joy in the simple things. He was passionate about weightlifting, often
spending countless hours in the gym, where he found strength and joy. He also loved fishing, cherishing the peaceful moments spent by the water with family and friends, creating lasting memories.
Anthony is survived by his loving mother Rebeca Austin, father Scott Austin, his sisters Vanessa Gonzalez, Christina Willard, Temperance Austin, and Monica Christmas, his niece and nephew, Charlotte and
Liam, as well as many other family members and close friends. His legacy of determination and love will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew him.
A celebration of Anthony's life will be held on Friday, November 1st, 2024, at 6PM at Petra Baptist Church in St. Augustine. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the
family in his memory.
He will be profoundly missed but forever remembered for the light he brought into the world.
