Anthony Vincent Castrogiovanni

Anthony Vincent Castrogiovanni, age 83, longtime resident of Villa Park, Illinois, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2025.

Beloved husband of 60 years to the late Patricia Castrogiovanni (née McMahon), passed April 17, 2025. Loving father of Michael Castrogiovanni, Maryangela Castrogiovanni (Robert Meiszner), and Joanna Skiles (Joseph). Proud and devoted grandfather of Christopher, Sarah, Ashleigh, Joshua, Daniel (Jordan), Mitchell, Matthew, Sabrina, and Oliver. Dear brother of Judy Castrogiovanni and the late Phyllis Murray. Cherished uncle to many nieces and a nephew.

Anthony honorably served in the United States Air Force from 1963 to 1967. Following his military service, he dedicated more than 30 years to a respected career at AT&T. In retirement, Anthony worked at the DuPage County elections as a voting machine technician alongside his wife who worked as an election judge.

Anthony was a true car enthusiast and found joy in working on vehicles, especially alongside his son Michael. In retirement he treasured time spent with his grandchildren, enjoyed golfing with his friends, traveling, and relaxing with his faithful dog, Abby.

Anthony will be remembered for his quiet strength, unwavering devotion to his family, strong work ethic, and kind spirit. His legacy of love and service will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

11:00 AM Chapel Service at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, 1400 S Wolf Road, Hillside, IL 60162. Following immediately after the chapel service continued fellowship will take place at Cooper's Hawk Winery + Restaurant, 510 Village Center Dr, Burr Ridge, IL 60527.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation or Wounded Warrior Project.
