Anthony Charles Cummings

Anthony Charles Cummings was a graduate of Eastmoor High School, a proud veteran of the United States Navy, and retired from Sears Department Store.

Anthony was preceded in death by his father, Charles Cummings, and mother, Louise Cummings.

To cherish his memory, he leaves his son, Antonio (Maria) Coleman; daughters, Victoria Montgomery and Ashley (Bryan) Payne; a host of grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He is also survived by his brothers, Victor Cummings and Greg Charles (Roxanne) Cummings; sisters, Pamela Cummings and Lisa Sanders; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Anthony had a deep love for fishing, good food, and making others smile. His joy came from the simple moments, whether it was casting a line on a quiet morning or sharing a meal with family and friends. A diehard Cleveland Browns fan and a true Buckeye, Anthony never missed a game and cheered with passion no matter the score. He also loved basketball and could often be found talking sports with anyone who would join in. Above all, Anthony brought light to those around him, reminding everyone of the importance of laughter, kindness, and enjoying life’s moments. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
