Found peace on Friday, March 7, 2025. He is survived by his wife, Christine, and their children Tracy, Nick and Tony. Memorial Visitation to be held on Wednesday, March 19 from 10 AM until the Mass at 12 Noon at St Joseph Catholic Church 1619 Washington Street, Grafton.

Sorry to hear of Jeff´s passing. Our families had such great memories for many years as the softball team "family" hung out together. My condolences to Chris, Jeff´s kids and entire family. Hugs to you all. Robin Allen
