Mr. Fultz leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Muzette Fultz; children, Kilyonna Johnson, Lucy Johnson, Romeo Johnson, Odell Johnson, Adell Johnson and Rosetta Johnson; a host of grandchildren; one great-grandson; siblings, Vernon Fultz, Kenneth Fultz, Janet Scandrick and Karen (Makeith) Fultz-Robinson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mr. Fultz was preceded in death by his parents, James and Fannie Fultz; and siblings, Eric Fultz, Alvin Fultz and Michael Fultz.
