On Saturday November 12, 2022, Dr. Anthony Gialamas. Born on October 25, 1929, in Hyde Park, PA, and grew up in Weirton, W.VA. Beloved husband of 63 years to Fran Venardos Gialamas residing in Fox Chapel since 1969. Father of James A. Gialamas (Carol L. Warner) of Brooklyn, NY, Roy Parlour of Aspinwall and Elena Cerri (Dr. Hugo J. M. Cerri) of Pittsburgh. Grandfather of Antonia Warner Gialamas, Fania Elisabeth Parlour, Sophia Nicole Parlour and Antonio Hugo Cerri. Brother of Katie Giannirakis (the late Michael) of Weirton, W.VA. and Presbytera Catherine Pachis (the late Reverend Father Leon) of Peters Township. Friends will be received at John A. Freyvogel Sons, Inc. (freyvogelfuneralhome.com) 4900 Centre Avenue at Devonshire Street on Sunday from 2- 5p.m with the Trisagion Service at 5p.m. Visitation will continue Monday from 10:30a.m. until an 12p.m. Funeral Service at Dormition of the Theotokos Church, 12 Washington Road, Oakmont, PA 15139 officiated by Father Christopher Bender and Father Michael Kallaur.
