Anthony Joe Hammonds

I grew up with Joe (thats how we knew him then). He was my best friend. I joined the Navy after high school. Joe followed me into the Navy himself. We remained friends for many decades. He would go home to Chadbourn and always visited my mother. I will miss my brother, remembering riding the school bus, playing basketball at my house. Very sad I did not see him again.

I truly enjoyed working with Tony from 2016-2020, he always made me laugh. So sorry for your loss. Sarah Johnson
