Anthony "Duke" Walter Owens, age 69, passed away February 1, 2026 at Mount Carmel Hospital East. Duke was born on August 30, 1956 in Welch, West Virginia. Proceeded in death by his father, John Walter Owens; his loving mother, Arlenia Mae Owens. He is survived by his children, Heather and Adam Lenart; his grandchildren, Jordan, Julius, and Aubree; Sisters, Kelly(Rich) Owens, Tracy(Tracy)Sturgill, brother, Donny (Theresa)Owens. Nieces, Heidi, Hannah, and nephew, Nicholas. Wishes abided, there will be no service. Duke knew many people who helped him out of the kindness of their hearts. And for that, our family thanks you, and he will certainly be missed. Now, he finally is getting the rest that was so needed. We are all going to miss him. Sleep well, big brother, we will forever love you.
