Anthony Dwayne Phelps

Anthony Dwayne Phelps, age 53, of Dawson Springs, KY, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, Kentucky. He was born on July 18, 1972, in Murray, Kentucky to Wanda Henson Case and the late James Ray Phelps. Mr. Phelps had worked as a mechanic and was of the Holiness faith.

Survivors include his mother ~ Wanda Case of Calvert City, KY; his wife ~ Crystal Phelps of Dawson Springs, KY; three daughters ~ Faithlyn Phelps of Madisonville, KY, Hannah Green of Dawson Springs, KY and Dara Phelps of Gilbertsville, KY; a son ~ Kinnith Howell of Gilbertsville, KY; three brothers ~ Gary Wayne Phelps of Nashville, TN, Teddy Lee Phelps of Calvert City, KY and Steven Lawrence Howell of Calvert City, KY; grandchildren ~ Raya and Enzo Drone, Daisy and Crystal Howell and Sophia Phelps; and one granddaughter on-the-way ~ Kinlsey Sutton.

Mr. Phelps is preceded in death by his father; a sister ~ Michelle Phelps; grandparents ~ Emmitt and Melodine Henson and Graly B. and Ines Phelps.

Graveside services will be held for Anthony Dwayne Phelps on Friday, March 6, 2026, at Rosedale Cemetery in Dawson Springs, Kentucky, beginning at 1:00 P.M. Rev. Jackie Mathis will officiate the service.

The funeral procession will depart from Beshear Funeral Home at 12:45 P.M.
