My condolences to the Family. Tony & I were friends for at least 50 yrs. we were roommates in Avalon, retreat @ Malvern & I think we went to Jamaica together. We Graduated from Dougherty the same year didn't know each other.
we also went to novena @ Central Association Miraculous Metal on Monday in Germantown. he was a regular
After I married Him & Jack O'Conner would stop Irish weekend for lunch in my North Wildwood home.
We did have some enjoyable times together.
May he rest in peace & pray for us.

Tony will be greatly missed in the Cedar Heights neighborhood. He was a kind and caring neighbor. Always had time for a neighborly chat and always brought something to share (rolls,vegetables,pizza etc). Rest in Peace Tony! We miss you! The Balcer Family
