Anthony Shane Scott, 48, of Pocahontas, Arkansas departed this life on Thursday, December 12, 2024, in Pocahontas, Arkansas. He was born February 26, 1976, in Osceola, Arkansas to Diane Scott.
He is preceded in death by his mother: Diane Scott Pate and the woman who raised him: Cathryn Scott.
Shane is survived by one daughter: Chelsea Simmons (Trevion) of Trumann, Arkansas, three sons: Anthony Scott Jr. of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Garrett Scott of Henderson, Arkansas and Joseph Scott of Henderson, Arkansas, three brothers: Brandon Scott of Florida, Kenneth Scott (Cyndi) of Manila, Arkansas and Douglas Scott of Joiner, Arkansas, one sister: Donna Anna Pate of Gosnell, Arkansas, six grandchildren: Elijah, Princeton, Gavin, Major, Tinsley and Shiloh, friend of 30 years: Timmy Smith, several nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 4:00p.m. at Delancey Funeral Home in Lepanto, Arkansas.
Visitation will be held from Thursday from 2:00p.m. until service time.
