Anthony B. "Tony" Tecce

Anthony B. "Tony" Tecce, age 89, of West Chester, PA, passed away on February 12, 2022. Tony was born in Lansdowne, PA to Michael and Rose (nee Maiorano) Tecce.
Tony was the beloved husband of Joan (nee La Karnafeaux) Tecce; loving father of Josie Tecce (Kim), Michael Tecce (Eileen), Gina Ellis (Ray), and the late Mark Christopher Tecce; dear grandfather of John Tecce (Rachel), Lauren Lattimer (Scott), and Jake Ellis and step-grandfather of Matt Ellis (Alaina) and Jessica Ellis (Matt T.); and caring great grandfather of Ryan Tecce and Cameron Lattimer.
Tony loved spending time with his family and was affectionately known as Grampers to his grandchildren and Uncle Nino to his nieces and nephews. He was a proud football player from West Catholic Boys High School and a sports enthusiast. He was an avid fan of the Phillies and his beloved Eagles.
Tony made an impact on the lives of those around him. He was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed.
The family would like to thank Holisticare Hospice for the tremendous care they provided to Tony and the family.
Relatives and Friends are invited to visit with Tony's family on Friday, February 18, 2022 from 9:00 – 10:30 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 W. Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at SS. Simon and Jude Church, 8 Cavanaugh Court, West Chester, PA 19382.
