December 26, 1931 – October 1, 2025
Anthony C. Vaccaro, 93, of Hicksville, New York, passed away on October 1, 2025. Born on December 26, 1931, he lived a long life marked by love, devotion, and service to family and community.
A visitation will be held on October 6, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Homes in Hicksville. A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for October 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Ignatius R.C. Church, with interment to follow at the Cemetery of the Holy Rood in Westbury.
Anthony was predeceased by his loving wife Josephine Vaccaro and his daughter Camille Vaccaro McNally, is survived by his daughters Teresa Angelino and Joann O'Rourke, as well as his 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren who will carry forward his legacy of kindness and perseverance.
He will be remembered for his warmth, his steadfast faith, and his unwavering care for others. In facing life's challenges and joys, he demonstrated dignity, compassion, and strength.
