It is with sad hearts that we must announce the passing of our sweet mother, Antoinette Kirchoff née Risteff. Born on October 16, 1938, at 87 years of age, “Toni” passed peacefully into the arms of our Lord on 03/18/2026 at 4:06 pm. She is now joyfully reunited with her beloved husband, Russell Joseph Kirchoff, II, who passed on 03/20/1998.
She graduated from Steelton Junior-Senior High School in 1956, where she was an attendant in the Dean’s Office, active in volleyball, basketball, sang A Cappella in the Girls Ensemble, and participated in Junior Class plays.
She has been employed as a hospital food worker, income tax preparer, and a floral arrangement designer. In her retirement, Toni loved to make her own greeting cards; she sent them out to all her loved ones on their special days.
She is survived in death by her 4 children, Suzanne Marie Latham & husband Tony Latham, Holly Ann Gregory & ex-husband Keith Gregory, Kelly Ann Lowrance & husband Stony Lowrance, and Russell Joseph Kirchoff, III & wife Rene Kirchoff. Toni had 7 grandchildren, Kayla Latham, Brittney Bryan & husband Joey Bryan, Alissa Cook & husband Lucas Cook, Katelyn Gregory-Burns & husband Tyler Burns, Michael Kirchoff, Jon Avery Kirchoff, and Howard Kirchoff. Toni also had 5 great grandchildren Ava, Jake, Benny, Lane and Parker. Toni was also close to her surviving nieces and nephews Samuel “Fluff” Risteff, David Kovats, Leane Thorne-Beckey, Tony Risteff and Lyn Wilhelm.
Toni was preceded in death by her parents Pere & Sena Risteff, her 3 siblings, Nancy Kovats, Mary Risteff and Samuel Risteff, and in-laws Eva Engroff, John Engroff, Jr. Ms. Kirchoff’s cremains will be laid to rest next to her husband at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in small quiet ceremony with only family members in attendance
