Antonio was born in Jalisco, Mexico on August 25, 1941. Immigrated to Los Angeles California in 1968. Where he met and married his beautiful wife. Moving to Simi Valley in 1979 to establish new roots for his family. Antonio Arevalo was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and cherished great grandfather. A hardworking and dedicated man, Antonio spent over 30 years as a truck driver for Spragues Ready Mix, a career that reflected his strong work ethic and dedication to providing for those he loved. He took great pride in supporting his family and always made sure his family was cared for.
Antonio was a passionate fan of fútbol, especially his beloved Chivas. In his quieter moments, he found joy tending to his backyard garden and trees, growing fruit that he generously shared with friends and family. His garden was a reflection of who he was patient, nurturing, and giving. Antonio enjoyed fixing and building things around his home, always finding a way to make life better for his family.
Antonio was a wise man who loved sharing his knowledge and life lessons with his children and grandchildren. His guidance, stories, and advice will live on through them. He was also known for his great sense of humor, always able to make others laugh and bring light to any moment.
Antonio’s legacy lives on through the love he gave and the values he instilled in his family.
He is survived by his beloved spouse, Maria; his children, Antonio Jr., Luis, and Patricia; his grandchildren, Arturo, Dante, Joseph, Sophia, Ivan, Noah, Oliver, and Caleb; and his great-granddaughter, Aaliyah.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
