Antonio Carrion Obituary

Antonio Enrrique Carrion, affectionately known as Tony, was born on July 6, 1972, in Fort Hood, Texas. After a life dedicated to service, family, and friendship, Tony passed away on August 12, 2025, at his residence in Conroe, Texas. He leaves behind a legacy of love, humor, and hard work that will be cherished by all who knew him.

Tony graduated from Copperas Cove High School, where he showed his dedication not only to his studies but also to the high school band. Following his graduation, he enlisted in the Navy, serving his country proudly for 21 years before retiring. His time in the service was one of his proudest accomplishments, a testament to his commitment and love for his country. Following his military career, Tony transitioned to working with Metal Prep, and later, he joined the team at Keurig Dr Pepper, where he continued to make an impact until his final day.

Tony was more than just a skilled worker; he was the embodiment of a loving, caring, and hard-working individual. His wife, Tina Carrion, fondly recalls his happy soul and how he had an extraordinary ability to bring laughter into any situation. Throughout his life, Tony was always there for those in need, ready to extend a helping hand. He was an old soul whose romantic nature warmed the hearts of many. His daughter, Lily Carrion, was the light of his life, and he took immense pride in her, as well as in the bond they shared.

Tony had a deep curiosity, with a passion for taking things apart to understand how they functioned. A standout project that showcased his creativity involved transforming an antique suitcase acquired from his mother, Rebecca, into a Bluetooth suitcase speaker, further highlighting his innovative spirit.

Throughout his life, Tony forged long-lasting friendships that enriched his world, creating a network of support and camaraderie. He is survived by his loving wife Tina Carrion, along with his daughters, Lily Carrion, Amber Craft, and Autumn Sinclair. He also took joy in being a grandfather to Kyra Rosencran. In addition, he is survived by his siblings: Mayra, Ovidio, Rodrigo, and Rebecca, as well as his in-laws Mark and Rosalia. Tony also leaves behind seven cherished nieces and nephews, along with two great-nieces who will remember him fondly.

He was predeceased by his father, Enrique Carrion, and his mother, Rebecca Carrion, who undoubtedly shaped the loving and dedicated man he became.

In honoring Tony’s life, friends and family are invited to pay their respects during visitation on August 19, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Copperas Cove Location, followed by a funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM. A graveside service will take place at 1:00 PM at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas.

Tony Carrion's spirit, filled with kindness and warmth, will remain alive in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him. As we gather to celebrate his life, we will remember a husband, father, brother, and friend whose laughter and spirit will be dearly missed.
