Antonio Eugene Cooper

Antonio Eugene Cooper was born on June 18, 1996 in Rapid City, SD to Krystal Hawkins and Lyle Cooper. Antonio made his journey to the Spirit World on November 28, 2025 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE.
Thank you, Lord, for blessing us with our angel Antonio. We will not forget your laughter and beautiful smile. We will carry you in our hearts and we will always love you. From the moment he entered this world, he carried a loving and loyal soul that touched everyone around him. Antonio deeply cared for his family and the people in his life. He lived with a heart full of compassion, always putting others before himself. Even in his final moments, his strength and selflessness remained at the center of who he was. His reminder of faith that he wore proudly on his arm "He who kneels before God can stand before anyone". These words reflected the way he lived, faithful, humble, and brave. Antonio's time was spent majority of his life working at Liv Hospitality (Perkins) and he enjoyed gaming and most of all he enjoyed being with family.
Antonio is survived by his beloved son, Dean Cooper, and his mother, Becca Hernandez; his parents, Krystal Hawkins and Lyle Cooper; siblings, Dmitri Hawkins and Gabriella Hawkins; uncle, Dominic Garcia; aunt, Tina Cooper; grandparents, Teresa Hawkins, Gabriel Garcia, and Chun Cooper; and half-sister, Ciara Cooper. Antonio also has numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins that will truly miss him; we will remember Antonio for his smile and all the joy he brought to everyone.
Antonio was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Marie Good Shield-Hawkins and Owen Hawkins; his grandfather, Eugene Cooper; and great uncles, Cornell Hawkins, Anthony Hawkins, Michael Hawkins, Edwin Hawkins, and Stanley Good Shield Hawkins.
Pallbearers will be Dominic Garcia, Dmitri Hawkins, Adam Dell, Ricky Lau, Jacob McIntosh, and Sean Gilmore
Honorary Pallbearers will be Gabriella Hawkins, Dean Cooper, Ashley Dell, Samantha Prado, Gabriel Garcia, Jose Luis Aguilar, and All Friends & Relatives.
Visitation Services: Visitation services will be held from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Friday, December 5, 2025 at the St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church in Rapid City, SD with vigil services & Rosary starting at 7:00 PM.
Mass of Christian Burial: 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 6, 2025 at the St. Issac Jogues Catholic Church in Rapid City, SD.

Burial Services: Cremation to follow services
