Cecelia is survived by her children, Richard (Agatha Witt) Bald Eagle Bear, Daryl "Geno" Thunder Hawk, Madeline "Maggie" Thunder Hawk, Lyle Thunder Hawk, Thomas (Melda) Thunder Hawk, and Karyn Thunder Hawk; grandchildren, Francis Thunder Hawk, Delsa Nolasco-Thunder Hawk, Jose Nolasco-Thunder Hawk, Amber Bald Eagle Bear, Rikki Thunder Hawk, Skye Thunder Hawk, Trevor, Thomas, Jr., & Willie Thunder Hawk, Frank, Taylor, & Alexa Thunder Hawk, Kenny, Raji, Cecelia, Misty, Marcella, and Bonita Thunder Hawk, Kenny, Daryl, Jr., & Audrey Thunder Hawk, Adrian & Roxanne Black Bear, Agatha Bald Eagle Bear, Donovan Red Cloud, Chasity (Dean) Bear Killer, Anna, Cristal, & Tony Bald Eagle Bear; and 55 great grandchildren.
Cecelia was preceded in death by her spouse, Francis Thunder Hawk; parents, Pete Bald Eagle Bear and Mary (Crier) Bald Eagle Bear; daughter, Lovencia Blue Arm; grandchildren, Michael Bald Eagle Bear, Jolene Little Hawk, Rochelle and Dacia Pretty Bird, Randy High Horse; siblings, Fredrick Bald Eagle Bear, Lorene Bald Eagle Bear, Evangeline Bald Eagle Bear, and Joseph Paul Bald Eagle Bear; and grandson, Lyle Thunder Hawk, Jr.;
Pallbearers will be Francis Thunder Hawk, Skye Thunder Hawk, Daryl "Geno" Thunder Hawk, Thomas Thunder Hawk, Waylon "Duke" Loafer, Ace Loafer, Carlos Bald Eagle Bear, and Richard Bald Eagle Bear.
Honorary pallbearers will be all family, relatives, & friends.
Wake Services: Two night wake service starting at 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 11, 2025 at the TNT Center in Wanblee, SD with evening services starting at 7:00 PM.
Funeral Services: 12:00 PM, Saturday, December 13, 2025 at the TNT Center in Wanblee, SD
Traditional Lakota Services: Richard Moves Camp
Officiating: Pastor Chris Grillo and Marei Kingi
Burial Services: St. Ignatius Catholic Cemetery, Wanblee, SD
Arrangements entrusted with the Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD
