Antonio Do Rego Peixoto Obituary
FALL RIVER Antonio do Rego Peixoto, 91, of Fall River, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2023, at St. Anne's Hospital, in Fall River.
He was the widower of Maria Cabral.
Born in Povoacao, St. Michael, Azores, he was a son of the late Jose Tavares Branco and Urania (do Rego) Tavares.
Before retiring, Antonio worked as a machine operator at the former Tillyson Rubber.
He is survived by his sons: Antonio Jose Rego, Paul Rego, and Emanuel Rego, all of Fall River, and Luis Rego, of London, England; his brother Arthur Tavares, of Fall River; 4 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Jose Branco, Maria Silva, and Lucia Botelho.
His funeral service and burial will be private.
