APRIL KING Obituary

APRIL REYNAY KING

Apr. 27, 1969 – Sept. 1, 2025

On September 1, 2025, our beautiful daughter, sister, aunt and friend passed away after a long battle with cancer. April was born in the city of El Centro and lived in Holtville. She attended Imperial Valley College and later moved to San Diego, where she lived for seventeen years before returning to Holtville. April loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and camping.

April is survived by her parents, Clifford and Bonnie; her brother, Lee, and sister-in-law, Shavaun; her niece and nephews, Shelby, Lee, and Cameron; and many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to all the friends, caregivers, and medical staff who comforted and cared for April throughout her courageous fight with cancer.

I met April At church Cornerstone Community Church
and got to know her better at our women´s Bible study. She was a soft spoken lady who was so kind with a gentle spirit. My short time with her was pure joy.
The Lord called her home to soon for all of us but we know it was his will and I will treasure her friendship. My sincere condolences to her parents and brother and other family and friends
