Archie Roundtree Obituary
Archie Albert Roundtree "POPS" went to his final resting place on September 29, 2025 at the age of 70 years old.
He was born on November 1, 1954 in Monroe, Louisiana. He was a plumber with Ed's plumbing for 21 years.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Darla Roundtree; sons, Raybon Ward (fiancee, Mary), Archie Roundtree (fiancee, Star); daughter Kayla Redmond (husband, Joey); grandchildren Naomi, Jeremiah, Tanner, Blake, Natalie, Alan and Jasmine; brothers, Bobby Roundtree (Virginia) and Barry Roundree (Carrie); sisters, Wanda Fitzgerald and Linda Jones; along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Albert Archie Roundtree; mother, Thesel J. Roundtree; sister, Marilyn Garnett; brother Jessie Roundtree; two nephews, Wilson Knight, III and Cody Fitzgerald.
He was a very hard worker. He enjoyed watching football and drinking his Coca-Cola. He will be dearly missed.
A Memorial Service will be held on October 18, 2025 at 2PM located at 26880 Highway 441, Holden, Louisiana, 70744
