Ardelle A. Gust, aged 85 of Farmington, NM, passed away on Tuesday October 7, 2025, in Farmington. NM. Ardelle was born March 23, 1940, in Irwin, Iowa to Walter and Hattie Jensen.
Ardelle graduated from Battlecreek High School in Battlecreek, Iowa. She was formerly employed as a bank teller in Mapleton, Iowa and an office manager for Habitat for Humanity in Montrose, Colorado, and was a member of various Lutheran Churches and was the President of the ELCA Woman's Lutheran group in Montrose, Colorado. She enjoyed cake decorating, loved to travel and loved her flower gardens.
She was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Hattie Jensen and her brothers Willie, Lester and Walter Jensen.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 66 years Robert Gust.
Her sons; Doug (Lisa) Gust and Ken (Charmaine) Gust.
Grandchildren; Jenaya Gust, Cody Gust, Jamie Youell and Jonathan Gust. Great Grandchildren Ethan and Corey Youell.
Her brother Ron Jensen and Sister Arlene Greenough.
A memorial service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1221 E. 20th St, in Farmington on Tuesday October 14, 2025, at 2:00 pm.
