Owatonna - Ardina Marie Radke passed away peacefully Wednesday November 12, 2025, surrounded by family.
Friends may greet the family 4:00 to 6:00 PM Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Brick-Meger Funeral Home (1603 Austin Rd, Owatonna, MN), and one hour prior to the funeral service at church. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Friday, November 21, 2025, at Pontoppidan Lutheran Church (9651 SW 75th St, Ellendale, MN.)
Ardie was born to parents Peter and Sally (Heinke) Haack in St. Peter, MN.
She graduated from Owatonna High School in 1966. She married Dave Kubista in Owatonna in 1967, they had three girls: Michele, Kimberly, and Staci. The two later divorced.
She worked at Federated Insurance and the Owatonna Inn where she met Norman Radke. They were married in 1979 and had two children, Shane and Windy. Ardie stayed at home with the children and after they were older, she went to work at Walmart in the shoe and jewelry departments.
She enjoyed camping, her flower gardens, and bird watching. But most of all she loved spending time with her family. The yearly family traditions that were so important to Ardie will be missed.
Ardie is survived by children: Michele (Andy Olson) Kubista, of Faribault, MN, Kim Knott, of Faribault, Staci Altrichter, of Ellendale, Shane Radke, of Owatonna, and Windy Radke, of Medford, MN; grandchildren: April (Brian) Ehrich, Nicholas Knott, Samantha (Matt Paez) Westerhouse, Frank N. (Cayley Carson) Altrichter, Brandon (Lindsay O'Neil) Knott, Alex Paul, Kacie Hofius, Racheal Mulder and Brayden Radke, great-grandchildren: Madison and Macie VanThomme, and Marshall Paez; siblings, Fred (Diane) Haack, and Lorna Mutzke; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Bandit.
Ardie was preceded in death by her husband, Norman; parents, sons-in-law, Rich Knott and Frank E. Altrichter; sibling, Arvid (Ethel) Haack; and brother-in-law, Bernard Mutzke.
