Our mother, wife, sister, niece, granddaughter, and aunt, Ariana “Gabby” Boyd- Dionne left us February 23, 2025 in Bismarck, ND to be with our Creator.
She was born on August 26, 1994 to Alesia Black Dog and Allen Boyd in Poplar. She loved going fishing with her son and husband, playing machines, and going to Pow-wows. She loved her one and only son and brothers very much, along with her family and friends.
She is survived by her son, Aevryn; husband, Moses Dionne Jr.; grandmother, Arletta Black Dog; brothers, Avery Blaine and Allery of Brockton; nieces who she dearly loved, Erin and Liley; uncle, Arnon (Faith) Black Dog; grandmother, Naomie Montclair, Juanita (Doug) Youngman of Poplar, Della Thomas, Ceya and Lydia Long Hair of Fort Kipp, Sharon Red Thunder, Kate and Jamie Kay Youpee, Millie Runs Through, Dani Sue Red Bull of Fort Kipp, Shannon Loans Arrow of Bismarck, ND, Leah Grant of Bismarck, ND, Helen Rosa Boyd of Brockton; grandfather, Donovan Red Boy Sr., Maynard Black Dog, Archie Bear Cub, Kermit, Sam and William Boyd, Sammy Nygard of Brockton; uncles, Lenny, Terry, Frenchie, Bug, and Dude Rattling Thunder, Donovan Red Boy Jr., Leo, Loren, and Arnie Bighorn, Raymon and Ira Track, Les Long Hair, Gage Keeler, Shilo Four Bear, and Landis Greene; aunts, Dee and Dolly Crowe, Vonda Bighorn, Fayda Simmons, Thena Epps, Taylor Black Dog, Lori, Trish, and Tracy Bear Cub, Allison Keeler, Alice and Lynn Long Hair; all her cousins, nieces, nephews, Rattling Thunder, Black Dog, Boyd, Spotted Bird, Necklace, Youngman, Red Boy, Youpee, Long Hair, and Pribbernow.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alesia “Baby Girl” and Allen Boyd; brother, Armon “Poohs”; papa, William Necklace; grandmother, Louise Boyd; grandfather, Allen Youpee; and maternal grandparents, Mathew and Delma Black Dog Sr.
A wake will be held 7 p.m. Sunday, March 2 at the Brockton Cultural Center. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, March 3 at the Brockton Cultural Center. Interment will follow at the Riverview Cemetery in Brockton. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel of Wolf Point has been entrusted with the arrangements.
