Ariel Perez Obituary
Ariel was a proud graduate of Rutgers University–Newark, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Biology. He also earned his certification as an Ultrasound technician. A true lover of all things Marvel/DC, Ariel had a lifelong passion for comics and was a devoted and fervent collector of figurines-his collection and knowledge brought joy to everyone around him.
Ariel is survived by his loving parents, Jose and Hilda Perez; his brother Jose Perez and his sister-in-law, Janine Perez (whom he lovingly called his sister); his sisters Yesenia and Jazmin Perez; and his cherished nieces and nephews: Sophia and Tori Perez, Jovani, Yasleen, and Noah Munoz, Jailen Perez, and Matthew Perez. Ariel adored each of them deeply, along with his extended family and friends, and was known for his warm presence, humor, and the care he gave to those he loved.
Ariel truly embodied the superheroes he so admired - except he wasn't fictional, he was real and among us. Like the heroes in his beloved comics, he possessed extraordinary qualities: unwavering loyalty, genuine compassion, and the ability to bring light into the lives of those around him. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Family and friends are invited to the visitation at Alvarez Funeral Home, in Newark on Sunday, April 27th from 1:00 P.M – 4:00 P.M.
The Funeral will take place on Monday, April 28th at 8:30 A.M to 9:30 A.M.
Interment to follow at Arlington Cemetery, Kearny.

Dear Jose,
I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your brother. Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this tough time. I can't imagine the sorrow and pain you must be feeling. If there's anything I can do to support you, whether it's covering work stuff or just being there to listen, please don't hesitate to reach out. My thoughts are with you and your family as you navigate through this period of grief.
Am sure Ariel is now in a peaceful world and living in all your hearts eternally.
