Arlene Eberly, 88, of Kenhorst, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2026, at Reading Hospital.

Born and raised in Berks County, Arlene devoted her life to her home and family, whom she loved more than anything. She was the beloved widow of Luke L. Eberly, who preceded her in death in 2022. Arlene and Luke shared 65 wonderful years of marriage, building a life rooted in love, devotion, and family.

Arlene was a proud and doting "Mom-Mom" to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, cherishing every moment spent with them. Known for her warmth and caring nature, she made everyone feel welcome. For many years, she worked as a teacher's aide at Fairview Elementary School, where she took pride in serving generations of local children with kindness and a smile.

She is survived by her loving children: Kevin Eberly and his wife, Dianne, of Allamuchy, NJ; Nevin Eberly and his wife, Kelly, of Estero, FL; and Kim Milliken and her husband, Michael, of Havertown, PA. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Chad, Jared, Katherine, Susan, Kerry, and Megan, and her adored great-grandchildren, Savannah and Makenzie.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 14, at 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant View Cemetery, 650 Fritztown Road, Sinking Spring, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Arlene's memory can be made to Immanuel UCC Church, 99 S Waverly St, Reading, PA 19607.

Arrangements are entrusted to Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading, PA.

Arlene will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
