To the Penniman kids, I am sorry for the loss of Arlene and wish I could have come to her service.
Arlene was Dorothy in our neighborhood Wizard of Oz play in 1965 and I was Toto. I remember everyone laughing and clapping when I jumped off the back of the Wicked Witches bike and ran to Arlene. She was a kind girl and a Brae Rd friend I will never forget, may she rest now and leave us with wonderful memories.
