Arlene Quinn, age 83, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, June 17, 2024.
She is survived by her beloved children, Mary (Steve) Morris, James Quinn, Donna (Mark) Ricketson, Daniel (Trish) Quinn, and Joseph (Diana) Quinn; her grandchildren, Anna Morris, Alex Morris, Matthew Quinn, Jason Quinn, Jamie Quinn, Diane Ricketson, Jaclyn Ricketson, Katelyn Quinn, Allison Quinn, Danny Quinn, Chad Jeralds, Joseph Quinn, and Daniel Quinn; and her great grand daughter Addison Ryan Quinn.
Arlene is preceded in death by her husband James Quinn; her parents, Adolph and Ruth Gregutis; and her sister Joanne Arends.
She will be remembered for her love of antiquing. She was also a traveler, but her favorite trips were always with her family. Whether it was to Southern Illinois, Florida, Hawaii, Texas, or Las Vegas, she just loved to be with her family. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening all kinds of vegetables and flowers. She was a sweet woman and will be missed by all that knew her.
Services for Arlene will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road in New Lenox with a visitation from 10am until the time of the service at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkinson's Foundation in Arlene's name would be appreciated.
