My cousin Ada Littlefield Carter and Arnold were very dear to me. We
spent some memorable times together. My deepest sympathy to Jan
and the Carter family.

Arnold was one of my favorite people ever. He was a kind and gentle man. I still have the briefcase he gave me over fifty years ago as a college graduation gift. If you met Uncle Arnold, you never forgot him. You were a better person for knowing him. We love you, Arnold!

Always looked forward to seeing Uncle Arnold when he attended Mapleton Dazes and family reunions. He was a joy to be around and could always provide lots of information regarding family history. He certainly be missed.
