My condolences to the entire Striano family, I just heard of Arnold's passing and was deeply saddened. I've worked with him at IKON and Ricoh for the past 30 years and he was the most dedicated man I knew, and he no doubt was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. I had a great amount of respect for him and I'm so sorry for your loss.
