Arthur Ausmus Obituary
Arthur Charles Ausmus, age 88 of Jefferson City, TN, passed away on May 27, 2025. He was a loving husband, father, grandpa, and great-grandpa. He was a member of Mill Springs Baptist Church. He worked for 20 years plus at Magnavox, and retired from Mahle after 20 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Holbert and Lillie Ausmus, great-granddaughter, Madison Wise, and sister, Univee Kanipe.
He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Beulah Ausmus, son and daughter-in-law, David and Paula Ausmus, daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Rocky Seals, grandchildren, Christina Wise, Derek (Kim) Seals, Boone (Katie) Ausmus, Jesse Seals, and Bo (Rachael) Ausmus, great-grandchildren, Macie and Paxton Wise, Emma, Allie, Joelle, Brooks, and Caroline Ausmus, and Jackson Seals, brothers, Alfred Ausmus, John (Sherry) Ausmus, and Lowell (Mona) Ausmus, sisters, Zella Whittemore, Brenda Wilson, and Deborah Monday, sister-in-law, Bonnie Brooks, brother-in-law, Bob (Faye) Brooks, and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 30, 2025 at Farrar Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Greg Lindsey officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Mill Springs Baptist Church Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
