Arthur Tobias Chaney

The Chaneys A.T. Jr. and Sr. were strong supporters of the 4-H club in Fannin Co. by providing registered pigs to members through the Sears program. I remember getting one for my project and the support and advice from them. They were always dependable leaders and sponsors of 4-H programs in the 1940's & 50's .

Dear Chaney family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Both your mom and dad were very special people. May God bless you and provide peace now and in the days ahead.

He was a great man. He will be missed at church, as he was a institution every Sunday. Our best wishes and prayers in this time of loss for the entire family.

Chaney family: AT was the kindest, friendliest most unselfish man I've ever known. I loved spending time with him. One knew he cherished his family and loved building relationships. How rare that I can't remember a single unkind word from his lips (well, maybe about the Redskins football team).
