Arthur Worthington Cunliffe Jr.

Arthur Worthington Cunliffe Jr., Age: 80, Beloved widow of Carol Cunliffe, since 1963 of Manchester, CT passed away on 2/16/23 peacefully at home. He was born February, 1942 in Manchester, CT to Arthur Worthington Cunliffe and Martha Cunliffe.
He attended and graduated from Manchester High School class of 1960. Arthur cared deeply for his community, only living outside of Manchester during his years of service in the U.S. Army. Arthur owned and operated Cunliffe Motor Sales in Vernon, CT for more than 60 years.
He was a loving father and grandfather, always looking forward to spending time with his family. He was an avid lover of vintage cars, traveling, summering in Martha's Vineyard, and he always saved room for dessert. He will be most remembered around the town of Manchester at the various establishments he frequented, especially Mulberry Street.
Arthur is survived by his two daughters Tracy and Trisha, and their husbands Dave and Paul respectively. He also leaves behind his grandson Sean, his granddaughter Emily (and her husband Ryan), who all enjoyed spending time with their grandfather. Finally, he is survived by his three sisters Joan, June, Joyce and their families.
