Arthur Frederick Eilliott, 79, of Panama City, FL formerly of Minerva, died in Great Trail Care Center, Thursday, October 30, 2003 following a long illness.

Born in Minerva January 23, 1924, he was the son of the late Arthur Hill and Lillian (Keister) Elliott. He was a tool and die maker at Nymold Company in Bedford Hts. and a Navy veteran of World War II, having served on torpedo boats in the Pacific. He was a member of the Minerva Merchant Football Team, played for many years on the VFW Softball Team, and was a member of the VFW Post #4120.

He is survived by a daughter Deborah Tinlin of Phoenix AZ, son Kim Elliott of Panama City, FL, daughter Vicki Elliott of Phoenix, AZ, stepdaughter Sandra Prasek or Margate, FL; brother Joe Elliott of Minerva, sister Dona Morgan of Canton, Dorothy Godagidis of Canton; grandchildren Aaron Tinlin of San Diego, Sommer Weathersby of Phoenix, Jessica and Jeremiah Dunn of Valley View, OH and three great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by a step-son James Dunn.

Funeral services will be held at the Bartley Funeral Home at 11:00 Am Monday, November 3 with Rev. Joe Ertl officiating. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be held at the Bartley Funeral Home Sunday 2 -4pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Diabetes Assn.
