Arthur L. Tucker

Arthur L. Tucker, 96, of Bloomfield, beloved husband of June Tucker, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 09, 2018. Born in Waterbury to the late Ralph and Eva (Clark) Tucker, he has been a Bloomfield resident for 61 years and was a member of the First Congregational Church in Bloomfield. Arthur served his country proudly with the US Army during WWII and worked as an industrial engineer at New Departure Hyatt. His main focus was taking care of his home and spending time with his family. Besides his wife June of Bloomfield, he is survived by his sons, David Tucker and his wife Janice of Windsor and Carl Tucker and his wife Rosemary of Rockledge, FL; his grandson Robert Tucker and his wife Laurie; and his great-grandchildren, Madison, Jackson and Carter. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his first wife Mildred Tucker and his brothers Ralph and George Tucker. A memorial service will take place at a later date to be announced.
