Mr. Wiggins leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Paula Wiggins; children, Aaron Wiggins, Kornell (Alicia) Wiggins, Tolleen (Keylo) McKissck and Karen Caddell; special grandchildren, Kevon Dixon and Elijah Fields; a host of grandchildren; siblings, Barbara Wiggins Mosley, Beverly D'Amico, Cynthia Willingham and Raymond (Laretta) Wiggins; sisters-in-law, Dreida Wiggins and Valicia Wiggins; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mr. Wiggins was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Gertrude Wiggins; siblings, Robert Wiggins, Ronny Wiggins and Charlene Reynolds; and special brother-in-law, William Sullivan.
