It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our precious baby girl, Asaya'Love Quarissa (Poohda) Cooper.
She was born on September 19, 2025, and gained her angel wings on December 20, 2025 at just 3 months old.
Though her time on this earth was brief, Asaya filled our lives with everlasting love, joy. and beauty.
Asaya'Love loved to talk and babble from the very beginning of her life. Her sweet smile, tiny hands, and
gentle presence brought comfort and happiness to all who were blessed to know her.
Asaya'Love was deeply loved by her beautiful mother and our entire family, and she will forever remain in our hearts.
Asaya'Love is survived by her devoted parents, Geraldina Cooper and William (AY) Johnson; her siblings,
Genesis Cooper, Nyasia Davis, Zaymear Johnson, Zacking Johnson, and Za'Mora Johnson (loodah); her
great-grandmother, Evamae Brown; maternal grandmothers, Billie]ean Arnold and Mallette Cooper; paternal grandmother, Latisha Johnson: maternal grandfather, James (Messiah) Cooper and paternal
grandfacher, Clifford Williams; uncles, Andreaus Mauzon (Ashley). Marcus Cooper, Isaiah Cooper, Jahmear Cooper, Dallas Cooper, Gabriel Cooper, Maliek Gill, and Trinni Gill; and godmothers, B'asia Willis and Ralasia Rollins.
She also leaves behind her very special cousins, Andreaus Mauzon Jr.and Saraiah Mauzon, who were always overjoyed and looked forward to seeing her every day when they came to visit, along with a host of great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Willie Arnold,. Geraldine Arnold Jr., and James Cooper Sr., and her special Auntie, Karissa Watkins.
