Ashley Nicole Anderson was born on Thursday, December 13,1984 in Jackson, MS to Mary M. Anderson (Smith) and Anthony C. Anderson.
Ashley attended Eastmoor Academy and Wright State University where she studied Criminal Psychology and African American Studies.
Ashley was an extremely compassionate and caring person, who loved her family and friends deeply. On December 31, 2006, Ashley gave birth to her pride and joy, her beautiful baby girl, Aniyah Alise Campbell, (with her lifelong friend Antonio Campbell ). “Niyah” became Ashley’s entire world, she was loved and cherished, and she respected her with her whole heart. She considered being her mom her greatest accomplishment.
After over a decade of loving each other, in September of 2020, Ashley married the love of her life, her best friend, her lifetime companion Hermon Malone and two hearts became one. She considered him the dopest person she ever met. “Her perfect verse over a tight beat”.
Ashley dedicated numerous years of her life to service working with Estates Information Services (EIS), where she shined brightly as one of their top performers. In her spare time she enjoyed listening to music, binge watching tv, hanging out with family and friends, dancing (although she could not, LOL), being bullied by “Linky” and definitely debating.
Ashley never met a stranger, she was a shining example of love, grace and resilience. She was a great and compassionate listener who exhibited an infectious spirit.
