Ashley Lynn Maddox, 34 of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN, after several months of declining health.
Ashley was born in Calhoun, Georgia, on November 27, 1990. She was the daughter of Kathy Baldwin Burchfield and Jimmy Harris. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Michael Burchfield, and her paternal grandfather, Jimmy Harris Sr.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Lea Wright, and her step-daughter, Rosalee Cummington; four sisters, Tiffany (Stanley) Baldwin, Machelle Harris, Renee (Richard) Wilson, and Braelyn Harris; brothers, TJ Maddox, Daylan Burchfield, Corey Maddox, and Carson Maddox; beloved boy-friend, Robbie Cummington; step-father, Mel Maddox; step-mother, Angelia Harris; paternal grandmother, Debra Strickland; maternal grandmother, Bessie Morris; paternal grandfather, Fred Baldwin, along with cousins, aunts, uncles, neices, nephews, and other relatives.
Funeral services for Ashley Lynn Maddox will be held Monday, April 28th, at 3:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Quarles officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers serving will include Corey Maddox, Joseph Stephens, Jonathan Stephens, Randall Stephens, and Dylan Burchfield.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 28th, from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour.
The family requests that flowers be omitted and contributions be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral and burial expenses.
