Atlas Michael Coey, five months, of West Burlington died Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2024 at his home.
Born Feb. 19, 2024, in West Burlington, he was the son of Kathleen Carol Coey and Austin Michael Fenton.
Atlas was a very happy boy and loved his toys. His favorite thing was watching people giggle at him. He loved his rattles and his tiger. Atlas loved giggling and smiling at everyone. He loved snuggling, especially with his mommy.
Survivors include his mother and father; grandparents, Nathan and Angie Dunham (Coey) of West Burlington, Cody Coey of Morning Sun, Tara Young of Morning Sun and Jonathan Fenton of Burlington; great-grandparents, great-great-grandparents and many aunts and uncles including Aunt Maddison Coey.
The service for Atlas will be 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16, at Lunning Chapel with Pastor Mick Hall officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the time of service.
A memorial fund has been established.
