Miss Aubree Mae "Aubs" Edney

Services to celebrate the life of Aubree Mae "Aubs" Edney, 11, of Henderson, will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Bar None Cowboy Church with Freeman Pierce officiating. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM on Friday, August 1, at the funeral home. Aubree passed from this life into the arms of Jesus on July 28, 2025, in Henderson, accompanied by her best buddy, Kyla. She was born December 26, 2013, in Henderson, and with the exception of a few years, has spent most of her life in Henderson. Aubree was a student in Henderson I.S.D. and was so excited about going into the 6th grade at Henderson Middle School where she was looking forward to playing French horn in the band. She enjoyed music and art, and she loved swimming and spent as much time as possible in the pool. Starbucks was a favorite treat, and she also enjoyed playing Roblox and Pokemon. Aubree's passion was softball, and she loved to be with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents Ruby Ellen Wood and Clifford Earl Edney. Survivors include her father, Tyler Edney of Henderson; mother, Julia Edney and Courtney Arnold of Tyler; Nana and Papa, Kristin and Eli Eastwood of Henderson, Grandma and Grandpa in the forest, Carolyn and Billy White of Ben Wheeler, and PawPaw and MawMaw, Ricky and Sherry Edney of Kilgore; Granny, Darla Vigil of Henderson, and Grandpa and Grandma down the street, Larry and Debbie Eastwood of Henderson; sister and brothers, Ava, Levi, and Ezra Edney; special cousin, Darla Jo Henderson; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and many friends.
