Audrey L. Foster

Audrey L. Foster, age 88, of Avon, passed from this life on March 25, 2026. She was born on February 19, 1938 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Frederick Everts and Clarena (Adams) Nicholson. Audrey worked for Hendricks Regional Health as a nurses aid for several years before retiring in 1981. She was a former member of the Plainfield Christian Church and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Audrey loved to travel with her family to attend various country music events and playing practical jokes on all of her siblings. She also enjoyed watching Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune and the local news. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Leonard Foster; sister, Lula Belle Swift; sister, Charolette Fine; sister, Florence Blankenship; infant brother, Martin Everts; son-in-law, Henry Miller. Visitation hours will be held at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home on Sunday, April 19, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. She is survived by her children, John (Julie) Foster, Clarena (Bryan) Agan, Vera Miller and Lee (Dolly) Foster; brothers, Rickey Everts and Stanley Everts; sister, Freda Hutcheson; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
