Audrey Fugate Obituary
94, of Mooresville, passed away on February 16, 2026, at Sugar Grove Senior Living in Plainfield. Audrey was born on March 24, 1931 in Indianapolis, IN to the late William C. and Dolly (Nail) Pearson.
Audrey worked for RCA for several years as well as keeping a loving home for her family. She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church in Mooresville. She enjoyed crafts, quilting, spending time with her grandchildren, traveling across the United States as well as New Zealand and a cruise to Cozumel and Key West. She will be remembered for her kind, energetic spirit who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Fugate, Sr., daughter Christina Cobb; siblings Patricia Pearson, Ted Pearson, Rodney Pearson, and Monty Pearson.
She is survived by her sons Duncan (Diane) Fugate, Thomas (Charlene) Fugate, Jr; brother Jay Pearson; 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate Audrey's life privately.
