Audrey Greub Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Mickelson Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc. on Jan. 28, 2026.
Audrey M. Greub, age 94, of Shawano, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, January 19, 2026, at her home with family by her side.

Audrey was born on August 30, 1931, in Clintonville, Wisconsin, a daughter of the late Edward and Rickie (Kubitz) Schoneck. She attended Clintonville High School and graduated with the Class of 1949.

On October 18, 1952, Audrey was united in marriage to Robert "Bob" Greub at St. Martin Lutheran Church in Clintonville. Following their marriage, the couple lived in Milwaukee, where they raised their family. After working for many years in Milwaukee, Audrey retired, and the couple moved to Shawano. Her husband preceded her in death on December 13, 2020.

Audrey enjoyed spending time at the river house, doing puzzles and word searches, and playing cards. Family was of utmost importance to her, and she always cherished the many camping trips she shared with family and friends.

Audrey was a faithful member of St. James Lutheran Church in Shawano, and her faith was very important to her.

Survivors include her children, Barbara (Bill) Bunker, Ricky (Chrissy) Greub, and Nancy (David) Brandt; grandchildren, Rebecca Brandt, Michael (Laura) Brandt, Matthew (Heather) Brandt, John Brandt, Kaylynn Brandt, Luke Brandt, Ricky Greub Jr, and Anne Greub; three great-grandchildren, Audrey Brandt, James Brandt, and Joshua Brandt; and brother, Gerald Schoneck. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Audrey was preceded in death by her siblings, Armin Schoneck, Betty Schoneck, and Thomas Schoneck; and sister-in-law, Janet Schoneck.

A celebration of life for Audrey M. Greub is pending and will be announced at a later date.

"The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the nurses and staff at Unity Hospice for the kind and compassionate care that Audrey received."
