John Holley Obituary
John was born on March 20, 1941, in Milwaukee, a son of the late John P. and Teresa L. (Hecher) Holley. He graduated from Milwaukee Riverside High School. Following high school, John went to work as an accountant at Evinrude Motors in Milwaukee, he retired after 40 years of service.
He was an avid bowler and enjoyed going to the movies. John always looked forward to cheering on the Packers and Milwaukee Brewers. He even attended the Ice Bowl at Lambeau Field and the World Series at County Stadium when the Milwaukee Braves won the world series. John was a faithful member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Clintonville and held a strong faith.
John is survived by two nephews and a niece, as well as numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A committal service for John S. Holley will take place on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 12:30 pm at the chapel at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 7301 W. Nash St, Milwaukee. Visitation will begin at the chapel at 12:00 pm and continue until the time of the committal service.
