Audrey Sophia Krok

Audrey S. Krok of Lanham, Maryland passed away at age 79 on June 8th, 2025 due to respiratory distress and other related illnesses. 

Audrey graduated from P.G. Community College with a two year associates of Arts degree in literature, drama ,and art. 

After graduation, Audrey later got a job with D.C. Transit, which later became part of Metro, and worked with the Department of Marketing, Accounting, and finally in the Department of Planning as a compiler. After 38 years with the company, Audrey retired on disability due to health issues, Audrey had a passion for the arts, especially for music and live theater, and attended performances often. 

Audrey was a daughter to the late Raymond and Lottie (nee Biedrzycki) Krok, and sister to Eleanore (nee Krok) Moore and Raymond Krok, Jr. She is survived by her sister and brother, and also his wife Linda, as well as two nephews and one niece, and three godchildren.

Services will be held on Saturday, July 26th at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 9475 Annapolis Rd, Lanham, MD 20706, with viewing at 11:00am, followed by a Funeral Mass at noon. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery, 8000 Woodyard Rd, Clinton, MD 20735 at 2:00pm.
