Audrey Weimer Obituary

Audrey L. Weimer, 88, of Ligonier, died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025, at Ligonier Gardens. She was born Feb. 11, 1937, in Ligonier, the daughter of the late Glenn and Maude McConnaughey Lucas. She had retired from Kennametal after many years of service working in data processing. A lover of the beach, especially Ocean City, MD, and shopping. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her longtime companion, Nelson Dick; and her good friend, Ruth Burdick. Audrey is survived by her daughter, Wendy S. Phillips (Don) of Harrison City; and her granddaughters, who affectionately called her "Guggie", Amber Stinson (Garrett) of Millvale and Carly Phillips and her fiance, Seth McFall of Akron, OH. Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m., Monday, Oct. 13, 2025, in MCCABE FUNERAL HOME, 144 East Main St., Ligonier, where her service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2025, with the Rev. Dr. J. Paul McCracken officiating. Private interment will be made in the Ligonier Valley Cemetery. www.mccabefuneralhomespa.com.
