Aurora Jo Cobb

Aurora Jo Cobb, lovingly known as "AJ," or "Rory" entered Heaven on February 21, 2026, at the tender age of five. Though her time here was far too short, the love she gave and the joy she brought will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

Aurora was born on October 6, 2020, to her parents, Kaitlyn Gilliland and Dylan Cobb. She was a proud and loving big sister to Ember Cobb, whom she adored beyond measure.

Aurora is survived by her parents and her best friend and little sister Ember; her grandparents – Lafe and Khylee Kirkpatrick, Angela Hanna, Jesse Gilliland. She is also lovingly remembered by her great-grandparents - Denise McKinney, Sheli and Bobby Allen, Debbie and Larry Cobb, Linda Boulanger; and great, great-grandpa Tom Hindman; Her loving Aunt Rilee and Uncle Andrew Bowman, Two of her favorite people her Uncle Brogan Kirkpatrick and Uncle Michael Martinez. Her bonus uncles Donovan Crumpton & Monte Howard; her bonus Aunt nummy-nums Dixie Gudenkauf. Along with many great aunts, great uncles, great-great aunts and uncles, many cousins and a huge extended family.

She was proceded in death by her Aunt "Pammy" Hindman, grandma Patty Jo Cobb and Maga Judy Hindman

Aurora - our sweet AJ - loved all things pink and purple. She delighted in putting on makeup, painting her nails, playing pretend, coloring beautiful pictures, and spending time with other children. She loved swimming and playing in the water. Aurora loved playing with her cat, Cheddar. She especially loved playing games and being with her little sister. Aurora was smart, sassy, funny and absolutely beautiful. Her bright smile and sweet little voice will echo in our hearts forever.

Though her years were few, the imprint she leaves with us is everlasting. She taught us about joy, imagination, laughter and unconditional love. Our precious girl will always be remembered and eternally loved.
