Barbara Bakan Obituary
Barbara was born June 26, 1951 in Louisville Kentucky to her parents Giadona & Minnie Mayfield. Now living in Florida with her husband Ronald Bakan, she enjoys working Friday night Bingo. She is also a member of the South Club where they attend many Saturday morning breakfasts, dinners, and various other events.
Preceded in death by her parents, Giadona & Minnie Mayfield; brothers, Frank & Robert Mayfield; sister, Nancy; brother-in-law, Tony Sivori. She is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Bakan Sr; daughter, Vickie Bakan; son, Ronald Bakan Jr; sisters, Brenda Sivori & Linda Pickard (Dan); brothers, Bill Mayfield (Ruthie), Dan Mayfield (Delores), Kenny Mayfield (Evonne), Tom Mayfield (Rose); sister-in-law, Marilyn Mayfield. As well as many nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held, Thursday, July 21, 2022 3:00pm - 8:00pm, and Friday, July 22, 2022 10:00am - 12:00pm. A service will take place Friday 12:00 pm at Owen Funeral Home- Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road, Louisville KY, 40299 followed by burial at Calvary Cemetery.
